At Zyropods, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Opened or used items (due to hygiene reasons, e.g., earbuds, airpods).

  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective).

Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved, you can choose exchange or refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
