The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Opened or used items (due to hygiene reasons, e.g., earbuds, airpods).
Discounted or sale items (unless defective).
Once the return is approved, you can choose exchange or refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
